All sessions must be secured with Credit/Debit card session retainer fee in the amount of the total session price prior to the scheduled session. Payment and deposit varies based on gig and project size.
Hair and make-up are not included but is available at additional cost. Wardrobe styling is also available. Ask about additional services prior to booking. Please come with hair and make-up ready to shoot, Hair and make up preparation is not included in scheduled time. If booked with in house MUA, the studio will be open for Makeup prior to shoot time.
Outside of individuals essential to your shoot (hair stylist, make up artist, etc.) you are allowed to bring two guest. If you arrive with more than two guest you will not be allowed to shoot. Your shoot may be subject to cancellation and loss of retainer fee. Special provisions can be made if needed, please address any requirements at time of booking.
Please be on time. If you are late to your agreed upon time for your photo session and still need the full time allotted for the session (provided there are no bookings schedule directly after original shoot times) a late penalty fee will be issued. If your session is 30 minutes late, the penalty will be $25.00; if 45 minutes late, the penalty will be $50.00; if 1 hour late, the penalty will be $100.00. If you are late for your scheduled photo session,the session may be cut short by the number of minutes you are late. Anything over 1 hour will result in cancellation of your session. In these situations, absolutely no refunds will be granted.
The proofs from each session will be delivered via email within 72 hours after your shoot if not reviewed after session. After you have made your final selections for editing, it will take 7 days to get the final edits via email where you will download the digital files. If you need them sooner there is a rush fee of $25 per photo.
To reschedule your date the remaining balance of the photography session will be required at the time to reschedule. If an appointment is to be rescheduled , the client has up to 7 days to reschedule. A $75 fee will also be charged for rescheduling.
If a client cancels more than twice, KB Photography reserves the right to not make any further appointments. There are no refunds.
